Go get some friends...
I don't usually brood over death or what comes after death or the declining world unless I'm alone and depressed or something. When I'm with friends, I'm always happy and laughing and making jokes. xD So... if you don't think you have the right attitude to get over what they did to you, at least try to divert yourself from thinking about it.
If your friends don't make you feel happier, well, I don't have much more to offer. ._.
If I had been in a situation like that with one of my close friends, we would've started plotting against everyone LOL. My friend has a very creative mind, and soon enough our make-believe scenarious would fly us off and we'd forget all about what happened~ =o=
