Why can't you just allow stat points wherever people want them, and make leeway of 15 HP/SP? That way they'll be slight variations in the people, and not a bunch of people with clubs/knives/sticks with strings/plain sticks.

At first we're worried that people can "cheat" by making a level 4 character or w/e.... and uniformed HP/SP would mean that everyone would have the same HP/SP.... (based on class)
but.. Ralath already worked out that everyone's level is exposed in the guild tab so... that's not an issue anymore... we can use up watever points we've got...
