On the topic of quality of life, she could give the remaining embryos (i think there's still some left, not sure though) to a couple that acctually NEEDS the kids, who cant have them themself. and how do you know that the babies would WANT to die? many people have been born poor but rose to wealth. the baby can't speak for itself, so you can't assume it would want to die.
