The mom just had 6 fertilized in vitro embryos transplanted into her body in order to save them. If she claims that she had all these children because she wants to be a "mother," then I highly doubt that she wants to give it up for adoption. And if she does, then I highly doubt her motives.
No one should have a baby with the intent of giving it up for adoption.
