In fact, I think it bugs up the guild...
I'm not sure if there's anything u can do about academy master, you might need to try contact them to give u authority..
but.. u dont need to be the master to recruit so, good luck!

I think this is true too. My old guild was glitched due to higher ups trying to ban each other and other things.
