Banning the guild master will corrupt the guild. Only the master can transfer master rights. Only the acad master can transfer acad master rights. If it is already too late to ask for master rights your best option is to start fresh.

Without master rights there is no guild storage, you can put it in but not take it out.

Recruiting is easy if you want to deal with a lot of low levs with many questions and who may not stick around anyway. Anyone over lev 40 without a guild was prolly banned from his last guild or does not want one.
