They should have some kind of quest or tutorial that tests your skills before you can join KQs.

I 2nd that... they really need a "Do you know what your class does?" test, and a quest that makes them learn about healing party members...
(Similarily.. a kick/mock test for new fighters; a "how to stay far away and kill" test for mage/archers)
