Another way to solve the run out of space dilemma is to create new characters. Since all the characters share the same storage, you can use the newly created characters to haul off the extra stuff you have. I'd suggest creating each classes and have each hold a certain type of items, like one character only holds potion material and the like; while another holds only scroll stuffs. So on and so forth.
