I'd say he's about level 20 or so. Because when I was level 18 and click on his name his name appeared Yellow to me. I did however, have help from another Mage and she was level 21. All she did was run away from him and cast the occasional spell. I did most of the work and SHE had the nerve to grab up the drops. Thankfully enough I talked her into giving me the King Boogy's Spiked Club. It has +9 STR and +4 END I think. Not entirely sure. May be more may be less.
