Did the math - NPC will buy an item for one fifth the price they sell it
e.a. Mara Pirates Elite License sells for 450 - NPC will buy for 90
So a fair price to sell or buy it would be - 360
A merchant would still make more than they would if selling to a NPC and buyers get a fair deal too.
I checked this scale on items that carry a +1 etc. attributes and the NPC will up their price a lil each time. If in doubt about how much to sell just check with one of them. Now buying.... that's a different story - and the main reason I brought this subject up as being a wiki - hard to know what to pay for an item using this scale if you don't have one in your inventory right?
Now if i could just convince some tech savvy person in this forum to get one started then folks can contribute to the list as we go
