You can try taking the Passage of Darkness but there are some Karasian Templars near the entrance to that gate. Try to ask someone to help you get through if possible.
And for the Swamp of Dawn, they made a mistake the quest is actually in Sand Hill. Swamp of Dawn hasn't been released yet.
