When you create a new incubator, it will update automatcially. Just make sure to always upload your new incubator as a CDN. Otherwise, the OP will not update.

that was why I assumed to reupload to CDN each time just you dont have to update the siggy in CP
I tried it that way and it worked
my scroll updated in less than an hour or so i think...dunno. didnt check. just came back and refreshed and was like
