my city is like that :/, I see people's dog take shit and the owner doesnt pick it up, they act like just if nothing have happened.

I caught a guy letting his dog's shit left on the sidewalk instead of picking it up. So I told him to pick it up and he replied saying I am just a kid, I don't know the law. So he pissed me off and I called the cop on him, then he got a ticket.
