Unhelpful responses I wasn't too concerned about but more like the length it took them to reply to my ticket.

As shown here I had my Beauty Shop Coupon refunded and what is even better is they not only credited my account back the 2100 SC they never actually removed the coupon from my inventory so I got a free Beauty Shop Coupon in the long run for this.
