Hmmm, I think I might need to find the link to the korean fiesta site...
Mages definitely get a skill past lvl. 100 that allows them to summon though.

I found the korean site finally. I took interest in looking at the skills of each class some months ago, but I didn't take any screenies.
Here is an image of the skill mages obtain at lvl. 110 (summon)

Also, archers have some NICE AoE skills. I'll upload a few tomorrow.
