while that's true, there isn't much we can do to police that since it's a gameplay issue. we just continue to ban the beggars, eventually they get the message and move on. they're not in the academy for the rewards anyway so the benefits don't really apply, they're just there to beg for stuff

Yeah... I had to chat ban and ban 4-5 different characters all from the same person once. -sigh-
