I think I missed out on the super cute toy horsie, I am over a level 10 and my friend thinks they are only for lvl 10's. So if there is any question I really have is, do you
only get the toy horse rider quest on lvl 10? Can you still complete it on lvl 11 and 12? v.v Perhaps to buy one if not.
