I just checked Avast!'s forum and other people have been hving the same thign flagging up yesterday...

I checked the date on that file, and it was created back in July 08, Modified Nov 06 (i dunno how that works =/) and Copyright to PixArt Imaging Incorporation.

hmm i might just leave it for now then...
