If these jobs were voluntary, I might give them a little more leeway. If I'm paying for something, I expect it to meet my expectations, otherwise I stop paying for it. If these were a handful of guys making a game because they love making games and really wanted to make people happy, I'd also give them a lot more leeway. Outspark has made it perfectly clear that they care about money above all else. I don't fault the GMs and CLs and other low-level customer support people for this, for the most part. They're being hounded by the higher-ups to sell, sell, sell. I do take a little issue with that one chap that suggested buying a Blessing of Teva after the Uruga event debacle, though.
