Yeah, just for that reason, when I made Radiance I made it Exhibition because I usually let lowbies join so I can help them when they need it. :3
Academy kinda kills that now, so I can have a warring guild and the lowbies not be affected.
Though, when I PvP, I'm usually mad and so I'll get really cocky if I'm winning.
Most of the time though, it's because of jerks like that who mess with my guildies or pick on my IG* kids.

And can't people picking on you be considered some form of harassment by the Outspark staff and therefore can be reported?
