Fiesta Gifting FAQ

Gifting is now available in the Fiesta Store, allowing players to give cool premium items to their friends for the first time ever!

We've put together a helpful FAQ to answer any questions about this exciting new feature you may have.

How do I send a gift?
You must be at least level 20 in Fiesta to send a gift. If you are, simply select "Send as gift" to send the item to another player. *NOTE* When gifting an item, be sure to enter your friend's SparkID, not their character name.

Can I gift items from other games?
Not yet. At first, players can only gift items in the Fiesta Store.

Is there a limit to the number of gifts I can sent?
Currently you can only send 1 gift per week.

Can I gift SparkCash?
No - You can only gift items in the Fiesta Store.

Can I refuse or exchange a gift?
No - You cannot refuse gifts from other players or exchange them for other items.

Can I re-gift?
No - You cannot re-gift a gift to another player.

Can I transfer gifts?
No - You cannot transfer your gifts to other players.

Can users redeem gifted items for SparkCash?
No - Gifted items cannot be redeemed for SparkCash.
