make tier 2 materials into tier 1 mats, so u can use it for ur step 1 productions ^^

eg. i hv tones of tender meat, but i need tough meat to make potions.. i can convert 1 tender meat to 11 tough meat so i can use it =)

also converts ur Dim dust to Old dust for the purpose of this thread..

but keep in mind u need dim for Elure [2]
