When a trial expires, you can't download any kind of other trial for that program anymore. Or at least thats what happened to me.

I downloaded an Illustrator CS2 trial, which expired after 30 days.

When CS3 came out, I downloaded the Ai CS3 trial but it wouldn't let me use it.
It keeps giving me the "Buy Now" window every time I opened it.
