If you're level 18 you should be leveling up at these places {depending on your class and build}: LS, Sand Hill, Burning Hill, or even MT {moonlight tomb}. I'm a fighter and I start at MT when I'm level 17/18. Sea of Greed just doesn't give you much exp. And it takes forever to level up. I much prefer Sand Hill and MT.
