We do actually recruit new members, it is just few and far between. We like people that the entire guild will get along with and like. There have been some people that we meet in-game and/or on the forums that everyone likes and we will consider them.
We just do not openly or actively recruit. But, every now and then someone will come along that makes a really good impression on us and we decide to ask them to be a part of our close-knit family.
