Good question. I'd say no. Outspark wants you to spend more and more money, even if you did actually have to put some effort in to finding the stay-in-item. They'd rather delete your items than let a "glitch" like that pass.

Or maybe they'll keep that item and allow you to transfer it out, but won't let you put anything else in.
