The Commander in Chief does not necessarily have to listen to his advisers.

Therein lies the fear. The possibility remains that he may not like what his advisers say, and proceed with some unknown agenda that may cause devastating military strategic losses.

The equivalent is like handing a non-gamer a game like Command and Conquer/StarCraft, and asking he or she to conserve the most resources, eliminate the opposition, all the while trying to minimize the loss of life.

Whereas the examples I draw upon are imprecise, they nevertheless are sufficient enough to explain what I fear.

It is also duly noted that Obama proposes quite a bit of "change," including reduction of taxes. Therefore, I have but one question: Where will that money come from? Funding will still have to come from somewhere.
