Hey BDEX, I have a useful little BB code for you which can help you get rid of the asterisks altogether.

[noparse][/noparse]

For example, [quote]Random quote here.[/quote]

Now you can use this code in the guide to make the stuff look clearer, and you can add this code. And this is a pretty useful link to all the BB codes.

Or you could just add [code][/code] tags around the stuff, but noparse seems a nicer option
