Yup, aside from the eyes which looks like it's gonna pop out and smack you in the face it looks good.

For better results use a higher quality image. xD To fix complexion you can also use the blur tool as well as the healing brushes. To get an overall "soft" look make a duplicate add Gaussian Blur, change the blending mode to Overlay or Soft Light. :3

Thanks for advice ! Obviously the blend modes do alot, but I still don't know how to use them completely ><
