ON the academy thing you can set to give them awards whenthey get a certain lvl. Like money or a item. If I understood right.
I think its a good idea for the close knit type guilds that the members are loyal andnot in it to want free stuff or randomly war or gripe at people. Seems like another way to have a lil fun o:
