I think you should PM it to a GM if you wish to report it.

I will temporarily close this thread. The reason for this is such threads can easily cause arguments and flames if the mentioned person, or friends of a mentioned person, sees this. But to prevent anything bad from happening before we make a decision whether these threads should be allowed or not, I will close it for the time being.

Whatever we come up with after discussion, we will get back to you on this ASAP (perhaps 1-2 days). Thanks.
