They have annoucenced that the KQ blues were to be removed before
but the following maintainence only said that the drop rate in the KQs were fixed so that they don't drop anymore
as for the still existing blues people are not sure about it.
I've seen quite a few people just going ahead and +9'ing them though
saw quite a few hatchling staffs and wings of casha the other day (as for the other weapons I don't know since I'm not familiar with them)
