Most of your videos seem to be in-game videos and such, that probably doesn't meet the second criteron, since you don't have ownership of game content. I think they're wanting people who make original content.
Also, I just looked at your view numbers...you have a few in the thousands range, but you have a lot more with just a handful of views. To share in the revenue, I'm sure they're looking for people who have tons of views for almost anything they do. Keep working at it and they might come around.
