People like the upped stats, but really, it's just because they're shiny.

That's the only enhanced weapon I've ever really wanted from slime but never got it D: Got the +6 sword, mace and staff, but bow was never higher then +4 (pink ish cool though ^.^)
And imo it's a waste of money to enhance t1 items (I enhanced a lvl 20 bow to +8 once, looks purdy though *U*)
