The only thing i'm empowering currently is my Magic Missile. Since its pointless to decrease a spells SP cost that only uses 3 SP I went ahead and decided to decrease cool down time to spam it more often and I increase the damage it does. Trust me, every little bit helps. I plan on doing the same for my other spells as well. Those? I might just decrease the SP cost but I doubt it. I think with a high enough SPR it won't really matter.
