i just went to outspark.com, logged in, then typed in outspark.com/redeem. copied the code from my email and pasted it in. make sure you don't copy any extra spaces on the ends and you can leave in the hyphens.

Didn't see any spaces anywhere, but deleted the hyphens anyway, and again nothing.
I think the problem's the submit button. It appears fuzzed-up.
EDIT:Enter button. Like DUH!!!!
