O.K. and I made sure that no one else had posted this complaint before.

So I finally got the e-mail. I followed the instructions; clicked on the link, logged in and again clicked on the redeem link. But when I use the code and click on "submit", I get nothing. The Screen doesn't do anything. I've tried cutting & pasting the code and also typed it in (not an easy task) , and again nothing.

HELP!

you should thank that keyboards has an ENTER key.
