I have only refused two people.
One because they trained me and loki, loki ended up dying. Then after that - they said in normal chat - oops - sry - which meant they STOOD close enough to watch us fight the train and watch Loki dye, but never offered any help. The second was to a girl that used to click on "Follow" EVERY time I was the Gold Hill KQ with her, yet she was not afk - because when I would tell her to stop - she would type, lol. and continue following. However, if I attempted to lure her into mobs and die so she would also die, she would go off follow long enough to run away. Then, when I caught back up to the group she would go back on follow.
Other than that, I do not mind buffing people. So, if you ever see me, just ask!!!  If don't answer or buff - it means I am afk.

I do that too I guess they think my 30 hammer looks like the 40 hammer when its +9. They ask me can I buff and I say yes, then give them the immune buff they say thank and leave.
I even shouted in Eld giving away buffs, just gave the immune buff, and even lv 6X's said thanks after I gave it to them.
