I'm too lazy to read through all of this, but how can you be sure that all of you will be in the KQ? there will be alot of others who are going to join the KQ, unless you can manage to get a GM to reserve an entire KQ for you.

There are 5 Robo KQs every 2 hours, only A, B and C fills up... Well most of the time, sometimes D and E fills up if A/B/C or any 2 of those 3 screws up, so when the day comes we all should... Join the agreed KQ right as soon as it starts o:
