the problem is not on their side then...you choose to play the game so you know/knew that these things will happen. for your 1st statement, its rarely that there are NEW things that doesnt fail at 1st... even great inventions are made because of failure (please dont make me research about this..lol).
overall...if you dont like it, dont play it...enough said...
