I have no clue and is just gonna randomly guess.

Have you tried locating the file in your error message? If you can't find the folder, try enabling the option to view hidden files (Tools > Option > View > Select Show hidden files and folders).

Or use the Search function. If you find it, try deleting it then re-run your launcher. Or redownload it since someone in the thread said it's a download error.

And I'm suddenly confused about your last post. Did you download it to your Temp folder? Or did you save it in a separate location?
