I think his last paragraph is littered with sarcasm. A little dry I reckon.

Second, your expecting way too much from a game that is still in beta. We are still testing the game. If this were to happen after a full release then I could understand something being said.

^ lame. If possiblity of future new content == current service is beta testing => he will never get his desired full release.
