[Hazu]

When I cry I see it as a weakness
When others cry I see it as a strength
They let themselves go
Instead of holding it in.
The sadness the pain
they let it flow down their cheeks.
Yet I hold it in
wanting to be strong only ending up being weak.

I dont let you know how much I love you
yet others are able to say it so easily.

I hide in a cornor within myself.
Afraid to walk into the light of the world.
Scared of the denial of others, the stares, the jokes.
Thinking even a compliment might reach out and strike.

Though I want you to know
the love that I feel.
Maybe someday I'll be strong.
And I'll prove that my love for you is greater than my fear.
