And yes, you did deserve to have your butt smacked - you ran that smart mouth a bit too long.
Granted, both you and Tim were at fault for fighting over the air conditioner setting. But your solution to just open a window in the middle of summer while the air conditioner ran as hard as it could to keep up was not the best solution for the bill paying people of the household.
See, more of a Spirited, defiant, strong willed child than an evil one.
