Main reasons would be ones already said out.
1. The fact it is only a CB people just want to see how it is like and then decide to|or not to play the OB.
2. This is quite a grindfest, lots of training needed to level up plus the fact it's only CB.
3. KQ was the motivation to level since it is way easier than just mobbing.
4. And maybe for some the game isn't exactly what they expected and decided to quit.
