All the KQs are dependant on teamwork first. Unlike grinding, you can't choose which path to take and what to fight and whether to run through or fight; it's already decided.
In order to make a KQ work, you need teamwork and a decent mix of players (a few clerics, two or three tanks, DDs).

So everything is dependant on the players. Whether they're lagging, fully stoned (as in HP/SP stones, not the other stoned >3<), etc.

One of the reasons that Robo is hard is that towards the end of the KQ you need teamwork to be able to pull it off with a few runners and the rest of the people helping each other and killing the ranged mobs. Lots of the successful Robo KQs I've been in is where at first it was hectic, but then everyone took charge and a few started running while the others stood in the middle and picked off the mobs that came, helping everyone.

It's a 3x-4x KQ, so sometimes failure isn't exactly surprising XD They all learn though~ I remember my first Robo KQ, haha. I was lost the entire way @__@
