I think that Outspark is trying their hardest with archers, because they definitely know about the situation. Several GMs posted in the archer section about it, but that was a long while ago and the question now is less of "are archers going to be fixed?" and more of "when are archers going to be fixed?"

And DEX archers rule in no-scroll PvP :D
