I don't think this is quite right, because putting one point of Cooldown into Heal decreases it by 0.3 seconds / 10% but putting that one point into Invincible's Cooldown only decreases it by 1.5 seconds (?) / 1.25%.

I think effect of empowering each section of each skill are dependant on the skill itself. Kind of want to check to be sure now. I feel like I ruined Blahs' party.
