Leave Clerics the way they are. Easy enough to play even before they buffed our Heal skill. Still people complaining about them being the most OP class.
Why not give Archers a passive party buff ._.
And LOL @ only 10-level cap-raise. Wow, people are gonna hit that like a 5-dollar bucket of chicken. Especially since there's like 513513 (hyperbole) 7x players walking around. Like flies actually :O
