Well, you can choose to go there if you are smart enough.
There's 4 years, 5 years (which can get you into college) and 6 years (which can get you into uni). Of course I'm smart and did 6 years of high school then dropped out of college XD
And reason 1 means it would be easier to get an A over there then over here?

Yeah. From what I hear in France it is rare to get a 20 but here in the US it is easier. So like it would take the IQ of 140 in France to get a 20 but in the US only a IQ of 100 to get 100.
